Expanding its reach, Marché Local empowers local economies and fosters a culture of sustainability.

By preserving indigenous medicinal plants and traditional foods, it protects cultural heritage and biodiversity. The initiative fosters community resilience, empowering people to safeguard traditions and adapt to environmental challenges.

Harvesting Hope is a student-led initiative tackling food security through sustainable practices. It trains students to design rainwater harvesting systems and create biofertilizers from organic waste. These tools support vegetable growth, fostering self-sufficiency and agricultural education while empowering young learners to address food security and environmental challenges.

Currently, preparations are underway for its launch, which will drive positive change in rural communities starting next year.

The Naibunga Water Resilience Initiative addresses water scarcity in Naibunga, Kenya, home to 40,000 people. By mobilizing resources for boreholes and educating communities on water harvesting, it has already provided water access to 1,000 people. A second borehole is underway, aiming to serve more residents and improve health, sustainability, and resilience in the community.
